Earnings
- Setter: $6,000–$12,000 per month
- Closer: $10,000–$30,000 per month
- Leader: $200,000+ per year
You’ll also be on a $100K guaranteed performance track. Stay consistent, hit your monthly numbers, and you’re guaranteed to earn on a six-figure pace.
If you meet your goals but come in under $100K total, we make up the difference.
Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners and spark interest in solar.
- Book qualified appointments for our closing team.
- Track performance in our CRM and follow up with leads.
- Stay consistent with daily and weekly metrics.
- Advance to a closer role once proven.
